Women at ep&t global

A company embedded in the engineering world for 30 years, EP&T Global is all too familiar with the historical lack of equity in the makeup of the STEM workforce.

That's why we're dedicating this space to celebrate and promote the amazing women in our team and their contributions to the ongoing success of the business.

Currently 24% of STEM graduates are women, along with 26% of the STEM workforce.

EP&T Global is proud to have over 50% of our technology, research & development roles filled by women.

Technology plays a key role in every sector. It was fascinating for me to see how energy optimisation happens through technology. When I joined ep&t global as a software developer at that time it was completely new industry for me however I was very excited while developing algorithms for finding faults, BMS analytics, how climate affects the building efficiency etc.
