Keith Gunaratne | CEO
Keith Gunaratne was appointed the CEO of EP&T in 1993 following the formation of the company. Keith has been involved in energy conservation technologies for over twenty years and has extensive experience working with the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Prior to EP&T, Keith has held several senior positions including General Manager of an overseas technology company. Keith has formal education in Electrical Engineering, Air-conditioning Technologies, Computer Science and Business Management, which includes studies at Harvard Business School. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Terry Bodycote | General Manager, Finance
Terry has joined EP&T as General Manager, Finance. Terry has extensive experience in CFO roles covering the health, property, building, automotive and retail industry sectors and is a specialist in steering organisations through significant growth phases. This experience has been across the full spectrum of public and private companies and not-for-profit organisations with international operations. These roles have involved significant interaction with government bodies at the Federal, State and Local levels. Previous employers include Health Care of Australia (part of Mayne Nickless), Johnson Property Group and Woolworths. Terry has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and is a CPA.
Brett Goodyear | Operations Manager, UK

Brett Goodyear is the Operations Manager at EP&T Global Ltd in the UK. Brett has a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing. Brett brings a wealth of relevant experience from within the UK property sector and was one of the key service architects for the government which introduced energy saving and environmental awareness in the UK. With experience in operating at the upstream exploration end of the energy market in a previous role, Brett is focused on delivering EP&T’s sustainable solutions to help businesses to save energy costs and work towards a greater level of corporate social responsibility.
Justin Daniels | Operations Manager, Middle East
Justin has 5 years worldwide engineering services experience in managing the construction, installation and commissioning of facility critical, process control systems. He has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Hons) from the University of Southern Queensland and is a LEED Accredited Professional trained in the USA. Justin has been with EP&T Global, Dubai, since 2007 and has provided the basis for business development, engineering design and project management for energy conservation, monitoring systems & environmental solutions within the region and manages the operations of the EP&T Global ME business.
